Curent events BP'S take on gulf oil spill

Engineering experts  working on the gulf oil spill exposed flaws in the BP investigation . They were questioned on Sunday for the fist time in public about what they had found. They said that the company prob had limitations. They only had looked at the immediate cause in April. It had killed ten workers and let out  206 million gallons of oil into the Gulf of Mexico. The National Academy of engineering panel said that "that a lack of physical evidence and interviews with employees from other companies limited BP study."
And Najmedin Meshkati, a professor at  Viterbi School of Engineering at the University of Southern California, "said he wondered why BP named its report an accident investigation when it left critical elements out. "

My personal opinion on this is that  we should have looked into their research right after their claims about things have been made. They shouldn't have not just research the beginning of the spill; but also what had happened after the spill.

  1. This oil spill has certainly been an eye-opener for oil companies! I agree with you! Watch your spelling and grammar - you may want to write up your posts in a word document and then copy/paste them onto your blog. 32/40
